PAYMENT POLICY ~

DAY CROPS - FULL Payment is to be received within 5 days of registration form. Please submit your registration ONLINE - this holds your spot until payment is received.  If no payment is received within the time frame, you forfeit your space at the crop, unless prior arrangements are made. 

WEEKEND CROPS - a $50 non-refundable deposit is due within 10 days of completed  registration form.  Please submit your registration ONLINE - this holds your spot until payment is received.  Balance is due 2 weeks prior to event.  If you register within 30 days of the event, payment is DUE IN FULL.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ~
 We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur that may prevent you from attending. Unfortunately expenses still occur for the event.

ScrapTherapy's - Prior to 14 days of event a credit will be issued to be used within 12 months.  Cancellations within 14 days of the event will receive no credit.

WEEKEND CROP GETAWAYS - If you cancel your registration prior to 14 days before Scrapinpalooza, we will refund your cropping and food fees minus the $50.00 deposit. Should you cancel within 14 days of Scrapinpalooza, NO REFUND will be issued due to the expenses we would have incurred on your behalf.   If you are unable to attend and unable to find someone else to fill your spot and you have a roommate, your Scrapinpalooza package will be changed to reflect the correct package and each roommate will be responsible for any money due for this change.


NO refunds for "no shows"
Once you have arrived at the event there will be NO refunds if you leave early. NO refunds will be given due to natural disasters, national emergencies or Acts of God as we will still be responsible to pay the venue.

By registering, I release Scrapinpalooza and Sue Shoup from any and all  liability including travel to/from event or attendance while at event.
